The candidate shall be detail oriented, analytical and creative. Working with "immediate feedback", cutting-edge automated advertising systems such as Google Adwords, Yahoo Panama and others to achieve client advertising targets.

Responsibilities:

• Management and optimization of clients' paid search accounts in programs including Google Adwords, Yahoo, panama, MSN and other smaller paid search programs
• Understand client’s business, project goals and performance indicators
• Work to meet numerical targets in terms of clients' goals: lead or sale acquisition costs and volumes
• Keyword discovery and taxonomy – create comprehensive keyword lists and assign them into classes and categories for implementation in the systems
• Write ad text creatives for different keyword groups and implement it. Following. Track and optimize performance in regards to achieving optimal business goals 
• Work with clients to specify and create well- converting landing pages for various keyword categories
• Architect a detailed search advertising account, consisting of thousands of keywords
• Analyze paid search competitors of a target website on Google and other search engines
• Manage and adjust the price bidding on various keywords and keyword groups
• Improve account performance on an ongoing basis by optimizing all elements of the accounts and the coordination between them
• Present activity reports to team leader and Clients

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Detail oriented; ability to identify micro elements that affect the overall performance
• Must be highly organized, and sharp individual
• Strong computer and web applications skills
• Previous PPC/SEM experience - advantage
• Acquaintance with web analytics systems - advantage
• Customer service experience - advantage
• High work ethics and focus on results - a must
